Gatineau Park, Ottawa Valley, Canada’s Capital Region CM11-05

Description : The Champlain lookout provides a spectacular view of the Ottawa Valley from high atop the Eardley Escarpment.
The park allows for almost every type of outdoor recreation and adventure. Hikers have a myriad of trials to choose from some of which they share with cyclists and mountain bikers. Mountain bikers have the option of the more extreme trials at the Camp Fortune Ski Hill. Street cyclists take advantage of the parks roads, and share them with inline skaters on Sunday mornings in the Summer when the parkways are closed to cars.
