Description : Blakiston Creek spills into a large bowl-shaped depression, overlooked by a pair of viewpoints.
For thousands of years this was Indian territory, where the Kootenai and Blackfoot were the primary Indian tribes. In 1858 Lt. Thomas Blakiston became the first European on record to explore the area.
